Jetstream of Houston, LLP, a leading manufacturer of industrial high-pressure water blasting equipment, parts, and accessories, introduced the all-new DrillJet™, a self-powered rotating nozzle for cleaning and unplugging heat exchangers and industrial tube bundles.
The new DrillJet nozzle is designed with Jetstream’s advanced coatings and is precision machined to offer extreme durability, extended runtimes, and maximum cleaning efficiency. The nozzle features a powerful internal rotor protected by a rugged front cap, allowing the nozzle to continue spinning even after hitting an obstruction, delivering consistent, like-new cleaning performance.
Its maintenance-free design and innovative water-bearing technology eliminate the need for mechanical bearings, seals, or lubricants for increased cleaning production. No misalignments, no imbalanced spinning, and no accelerated wear. Just on-center rotation for maximum spin speeds, coverage, and cleaning rates.
The DrillJet is 40% smaller than competing brands, making it the perfect size for cleaning pipe bends. Currently available in 9.5 mm, 13 mm, with additional sizes in 18 mm, 24 mm, and 33 mm diameters coming soon. The DrillJet pairs with rigid or flex lancing systems and supports working pressures up to 22,000 psi (1517 bar) jet patterns. A range of inlet and orifice configurations are available.
