Tanks or process vessels are used in a variety of industries for process, storage and transportation of materials. Examples can be found in reactors, tank trucks, railcars, barges and ship cargo tanks. For ease of cleaning, a three-dimensional tool can be dropped into the tank or vessel. The high-pressure water is rotated on all three axes, completely cleaning the entire vessel or tank. The cleaning tool is operated from an exterior position, which provides a safer environment for the operator by eliminating the need to gain entry in a confined space.
